1. Shipping Carrier

We collaborate with multiple carriers, including USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The choice of carrier for your order depends on factors such as delivery location and the specific item being shipped. We cannot accommodate requests to change the carrier based on individual customer preferences. Our priority is to ensure timely delivery, and we appreciate your understanding.

At OhmeeGift, we are responsible for producing and shipping your orders on time with the selected delivery service. However, delays may sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays or natural disasters (e.g., extreme weather conditions). We will do our best to assist you and protect your rights as a customer.

2. Business Days

A business day is any day except Saturday, Sunday, or federal legal holidays when banking institutions are generally closed.

3. Processing Time

Processing time is the period required to prepare your order for shipment. We typically take 3–5 business days to produce your tumblers, depending on the specific product ordered.

4. Expected Delivery Date

The expected delivery date is an estimated time frame provided by the carriers, typically ranging from 12 to 17 business days. Some delays may occur due to holidays or natural events (e.g., severe weather conditions).

All shipments come with a tracking link, which you can use to check the status of your delivery at any time.

5. Shipping Fee

Shipping standard costs : $5.99 for each order.

6. Where Do We Ship?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that we cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.

7. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

If you created an account during checkout, you can also view the status of your order in the “My Account” section on our website. If you checked out as a guest, this option will not be available.

8. What If My Order Is Lost in the Mail?

If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 4 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Before processing a replacement, we may need to confirm the shipping address and recommend checking with your local post office to locate the lost order.

If the tracking shows that an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. You can also refer to our return policy for details on reshipments.

9. What If the Recipient’s Address Was Wrong?

If an incorrect address was provided, the customer is responsible. Usually, the package will be returned to our facility, and we’ll notify you when it arrives.

Re-shipping costs:

  • $7 per item for US reshipments

If the package is not returned, a new order will need to be placed.

10. My Order Is Being Returned to Sender, What Now?

Orders can be returned to sender for reasons like undeliverable addresses, unclaimed packages at customs, or recipient refusal. We will contact you once the package arrives back at our facility to arrange reshipment or refund.

Re-shipping costs will apply for any returned packages due to the reasons stated above.

11. What If My Package Shows as Delivered but I Didn’t Receive It?

In rare cases, a package may be marked as delivered but isn’t received by the customer. If this happens, contact us immediately.

Often, the package might have been left in an unexpected location (e.g., on a porch or with a neighbor). We suggest contacting the courier for additional details about the delivery. If the package still cannot be located, we will work with you to find a resolution.

12. What If the Product Is Damaged or Defective?

If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the defective product.
