Return & Exchange Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (custom, personalized, and made on demand), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order (including wrong color, wrong size, or visible print defects).
  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders go into production immediately after purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you cannot amend or cancel it to ensure efficient processing and minimize errors.

Validity for Returns & Exchanges

All requests for exchanges and returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

If the above conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process any claims for returns, exchanges, or refunds, even if the items are returned to us.

Return/Exchange & Refund Procedure

If your item meets the return/exchange criteria, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide a return form and return label via email.
  3. Print and complete the return form, then securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Affix the shipping label to the package, ensuring the barcode is visible.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the email we sent you.

Shipping & Refund Information

  • Returns due to incorrect, defective, or damaged items will be processed without additional shipping or restocking fees.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will either exchange the item for the originally purchased product or issue a refund for the purchase price.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
